Spring & Summer are truly my favorite seasons. I love shopping for fresh and colorful outfits to wear during the warm days in Boston.

Last week I attended an event at CambridgeSide Mall. - Did you know that the mall is getting a makeover? I had a great time browsing around and checking out the latest on the fashion, beauty and food stores. Armani Exchange, Banana Republic, Sephora, Sunglass Hut and Freshens were among my favorites. Also, it was great meeting a amazing group of Boston bloggers.

And to end the night we had an amazing boat tour with Charles River Tour. How nice it was to appreciate the beautiful views of Boston and enjoy a bright and peaceful sunset. 👏

Na semana passada eu participei de um evento de maquiagem na loja de cosméticos Americana The Body Shop aqui em Cambridge chamado Shimmer Sparkle. O evento teve a presença do famoso maquiador Britanico Chase Aston que nos deu várias dicas fantásticas de maquiagem e nos mostrou como usar vários itens da linha de maquiagem Smoke & Sparkle da The Body Shop. A coleção que conta com vários produtos em especial sombra Smoke Eyes Pallet, o High-Shine Mini-Gloss que é um brilho labial bem bacaninha e além do maravilhoso Sparkler que é usado para finalizar e dar um brilho especial para aquele make noturno. Uma coisa super bacana da marca é que todos seus produtos são feitos com ingredientes obtidos de forma humanitaria, através do programa Community Fair Trade program . Onde os agricultores e suas famílias de algumas das comunidades mais pobres do mundo trabalham, fornecem os ingredientes e recebem de forma justa.
O evento foi um completeo sucesso. Eu tive meu make-up feito por Chase Aston, que tem sido maquiador de diversas revistas, incluindo cobre Cosmos, Vogue e Elle. E que também já trabalhou com top models como Kate Moss e Claudia Schiffer. Você imagina o quão fantástico foi aprender algumas de suas habilidades!

The famous celebrity make-up artist Chase Aston gave us some fantastic tips and showed us how to use the Smoke & Sparkle make-up collection. The collection includes the Smoke Eyes Pallet, High-Shine Mini-Glosses, and the amazing Sparkler that is a combination of different sized pearls and glitters which create a wonderful shimmer. Special feature of The Body Shop Smoke & Sparkle it that it uses ingredients obtained through a unique Community Fair Trade program. This helps farmers and their families in some of the world poorest communities.
